How much is shipping? When will I receive my order?

Within United States, flat rate US$8.99 on all orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Full tracking. Arrives within 5-10 business days from order date.

Within Canada, flat rate of CAD$9.99 or CAD$12.99 depending on province via Stallion Express located in Ontario. Full tracking included. Arrives approximately within 5-10 business days from order date (depending on province, delivery approximation is provided at checkout).

Outside US & Canada, flat rate of US$14.99 to US$19.99 depending on destination country shipped via Stallion Express located in Ontario & fullfilled by APC Logistics or PostNL. Full tracking is included. Arrives approximately within 10-21 business days from order date depending on destination country (delivery approximation will be provided at checkout).

How do I get free shipping?

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75 within US & Canada. No code is required. A free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout if your order qualifies. 

How do I track my order?

You may login to your account at anytime to check your order status & obtain your tracking info. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process & ship. We will email you full tracking information after so you can track your delivery. Please check your email inbox and also your junk folder as sometimes our emails can go there.

Why is my tracking number not working?

We email tracking info as soon as a shipping label is printed for your order. However, it may take 2-3 business days for full delivery details to appear online as the package needs to be processed by our delivery carriers. 

Can I cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel your order once it has been placed on our website.  There may be special circumstances which we can cancel your order. Please contact customer service with your order #.   All cancelled orders are subjected to a 5% non-refundable restocking/cancellation fee.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you may modify your order if we have not packed it yet.

What currency is listed in your shop?

For our Canadian customers, our prices are listed in CAD.  For our US customers & all other international destinations, our prices are listed in currency USD.

How do I get a refund? Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of the product & for hygienic reasons, all sales items are final. No refunds or exchanges.
