Within Canada, flat rate of US$14.99 on all orders shipped via Stallion Express located in Ontario. Full tracking. Arrives approximately within 8-10 business days from order date.
Outside US & Canada, flat rate of US$19.99 on all orders shipped via Stallion Express located in Ontario & fullfilled by Ascendia or PostNL. Full tracking. Arrives approximately within 10-21 business days from order date.
How do I get free shipping?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over US$50 within US & Canada. No code is required. Free shipping will automatically appear at checkout if your order qualifies.
How do I track my order?
It's simple, login to your account to check your order status & obtain your tracking info. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process & ship. We will email you full tracking information right after so you can track your delivery once your package reaches our delivery carriers.
Why is my tracking number not working?
We email tracking info as soon as a shipping label is printed for your order. However, it may take 2-3 business days for full delivery details to appear online as the package needs to be processed by our delivery carriers.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order if your order has not been packaged yet. All orders are usually packaged for shipment within 24 hours. Once your order has been packed, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order. Please note all cancelled orders are subjected to a 5% non-refundable restocking fee.
