Shipping, Return, & Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Orders are processed & packaged same day. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once it has been successfully placed on our site. Due to the nature of the product & for hygienic reasons, all sales are final.

In special circumstances we may be able to cancel orders but it not guaranteed. Please note any cancelled orders will be subjected to a 5% restocking/cancellation fee paid by the customer to cover non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment service providers at time of initial purchase. 

We thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment.  In the event a buyer has received a damaged product, they may email us to request an exchange within 10 business days of receiving the product. Any used product will not be eligible for an exchange.

TO ENSURE WE PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE AS OUTLINED BELOW:

1. REQUEST FOR A EXCHANGE VIA EMAIL

  • Please email us for a request for exchange.Your message should contain the order number from your invoice as well as the reason for return/exchange. Please also include any relevant photos in your email.
  • Return instructions will be emailed to you

2. SHIP THE PARCEL BACK TO US

  • The return shipping address will be outlined in the instructional email
  • The product should be shipped back in its original state. If it has been heavily used, an exchange will not be offered.
  • Re-package the parcel using the original packaging or durable packaging materials to prevent any damage to the products during transit.
  • Ship the parcel through your local post office (USPS for US orders) and request a proof of postage. Please include tracking information to ensure safe delivery. (Please note: Sweetheartlashes.com will not be liable for lost returns.)
  • All exchange shipping costs must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange. After we inspect the returned product, we will ship out a replacement & email new tracking information.
