How do I apply my cluster lashes?
Apply a light coat of our bond to your natural lashes & a little bit of bond to the base of each cluster too. Once the bond becomes tacky, apply the cluster lashes underneath your natural lashes until you fill your lash line. After you’re done, apply our lock to seal your extensions. Once our bond & lock sets, your lashes will be fully waterproof & sweatproof lasting up to 7 days.
How do I remove my cluster lashes?
Using our remover, gently wiggle the wand at the base for a few mintues until your clusters start to feel loose. Once they loosen, use tweezers to remove them & wipe off any excess bond with a cotton pad.
Will the cluster lashes damage my natural lashes?
No, they will not. Proper removal is key when it comes to maintaining the health of your natural lashes. We recommend using our remover to effortlessly remove our cluster lashes. Do not pull your clusters off as this will damage your natural lashes.
How do I maintain my cluster lashes?
Avoid oil based products around your eye area as it could loosen the bond. Avoid heavy eye makeup & mascara. Gently clean your lashes using micellar water & a q-tip.
How do I take the cluster lashes off the tray?
Firmly clamp the ENTIRE base of the cluster & lift off tray. Do not take the clusters off by the hairs as it will damage them.
